Field Trips: H-E-B Health Buddy Program

Did you know that H-E-B grocery stores has an educational program that homeschool groups and co-ops can take advantage of?

You didn't?! Well they do!

We're pretty thrilled to share The Be A Healthy Buddy!™  program that your group can participate in. It is an excellent field trip opportunity and a great way to support a Texas icon! 

Each store location participates in The Be A Healthy Buddy!™ which is designed to promote and teach:

• healthy eating habits
• portion control
• creating balanced meal choices
• the benefits of exercise and and good nutrition

Kids get a tour of the store and get to taste delicious, healthy tidbits.
